Dave Grohl’s wife, Jordyn Blum, is ditching the bling.
The 48-year-old was spotted without her wedding ring weeks before the Foo Fighters frontman, 55, announced that he cheated on her and welcomed a child out of wedlock.
Blum opted not to wear her engagement ring while out in Los Angeles in early August.
Blum and Grohl walked together as the artist smoked a cigarette while his other half remained on her phone.
On Wednesday, a source told People that Grohl had retained a divorce lawyer before he released his statement.
The Foo Fighters frontman revealed his infidelity in a social media post on Tuesday, writing, “I’ve recently become the father of a new baby daughter, born outside of my marriage.”
“I plan to be a loving and supportive parent to her. I love my wife and my children, and I am doing everything I can to regain their trust and earn their forgiveness,” added Grohl.
The musician concluded his statement with a plea to the public: “We’re grateful for your consideration toward all the children involved, as we move forward together.”
A rep for Grohl told The Post that the rocker had no additional comments at this time.
The “Learn To Fly” singer tied the knot with Blum, 48, a former model and MTV producer, at their Los Angeles home on August 2, 2003. The star-studded guest list included Clive Davis and Grohl’s former Nirvana bandmate Krist Novoselic.
The couple, who has been married for 21 years, share three daughters, Violet, 18, Harper, 15, and Ophelia, 10.
The marriage was Blum’s first and Grohl’s second. He was married to photographer Jennifer Youngblood from 1994 to 1997.
Meanwhile, Violet appears to have deactivated her Instagram account amid news that her dad fathered a fourth child; however, it’s unclear when she first shut down the page.
The father-daughter duo were spotted together at the 2023 Glastonbury Festival in June 2023 when Grohl brought his oldest child on the stage to perform a song from his band’s latest album, “But Here We Are.”
“My favorite singer in the world,” he said while Violet stood next to him. “This is a song I wrote for my mother, Violet’s grandmother. This is ‘Show Me How.’”
As the vocalists finished up their song, Grohl screamed, “That’s my girl!”
“I love it when you’re on stage with your daughter and you hit a bad note,” he teased to the crowd as they erupted in applause.
Violet Maye, now one of Grohl’s four daughters, was named after the artist’s grandmother.
Although their family has stayed mainly out of the spotlight, they posed together on the red carpet at the 2023 Grammys.
But Grohl has been vocal about their family unit from time to time.
“Jordyn and Violet are anchors that keep me from completely disappearing,” he told The Guardian in 2007.
Reflecting on how his priorities shifted after having kids, Grohl told TIME in 2010, “I used to tour nine months out of the year. Now I don’t like being away from my kids for more than 12 days.”
“It’s changed everything that I do,” he continued. “When you have kids, you see life through different eyes. You feel love more deeply and are maybe a little more compassionate. It’s inevitable that that would make its way into your songwriting.”
News that the former Nirvana drummer and Blum were expecting Violet was accidentally leaked by Grohl’s former bandmate, the late Taylor Hawkins.
“We’re going to be touring Europe in January and February, but we’ve got to be home by March, because Dave and his wife are having a baby,” he told MTV in 2006. “But I probably wasn’t supposed to tell you that.”
