Here are some celebrity sightings Torontonians have posted about so far on social media.

Adam Driver and Francis Ford Coppola

Academy Award-nominated actor Adam Driver and iconic director Francis Ford Coppola were spotted at the Greek restaurant Estiatorio Milos for the after party of their TIFF premiere Megalopolis. Additionally, Coppola was also seen at Michelin-recognized Thai restaurant PAI downtown.

Pharrell Williams

Singer, songwriter and creative director Pharrell Williams is in the city for the international premiere of his animated Lego biopic Piece by Piece. Recently, he was seen dining at the newly opened Nobu Toronto. The artist also debuted his short animated film Dullsville and the Doodleverse at the festival as well. 

Julianne Moore

Oscar winner Julianne Moore greeted fans who waited for hours outside the Bisha Hotel on Tuesday. Moore, alongside fellow Oscar winner Tilda Swinton, are here for the North American premiere of The Room Next Door. The film is director Pedro Almodóvar’s first English-language feature.

Torontonians who attended Diplo’s free show at Paris Texas on King Street West were treated to a surprise appearance by Bill Murray on Monday night. The legendary comedian and actor known for Ghostbusters, Zombieland, and Groundhog Day, showed up to party with the DJ. Murray is here for the world premiere of Riff Raff, alongside Ed Harris, Gabrielle Union and Jennifer Coolidge.

Canadian music producer, rapper and DJ Kaytranada known for his hit songs such as “Be Your Girl (Mixed),” “What You Need” and “Rebuke” spun some tunes at the club “The Libertine” in Little Italy last Friday.
