Zayn extends 2024 tour, adds second NYC concert. Get tickets today

Zayn isn’t headed in One Direction this year.

In fact, he’s headed in many.

The former boy band icon just added seven shows to his recently announced international ‘Stairway To The Sky Tour’ in support of his recently released album “Room Under The Stairs.”

He’s now slated to play back-to-back shows at New York City’s Hammerstein Ballroom on Saturday, Nov. 2 and Sunday, Nov. 3.

“Appreciate your patience, love, and support,” Zayn shared on Instagram. “Can’t wait to enjoy great music together.”

This U.S./UK run is the 31-year-old England native’s first official solo tour; in fact, other than a handful of one-off appearances since leaving One Direction, these shows will be his first headlining gigs since leaving the boy band in March 2015.

Zayn new music

On May 17, Zayn dropped his fourth studio album “Room Under The Stairs.”

Over the course of 15 laid-back tracks, Malik delivers mellow, sensitive folk-pop-R&B-rock that wouldn’t sound out of place in your neighborhood’s hippest coffee shop. Think Goo Goo Dolls meets Michael Kiwanuka with a bit of Hozier mixed in for good measure and you have an idea of the sound on display here.

Our favorite tracks include the plaintive “How It Feels” ethereal “Grateful,” soulful “My Woman,” slinky “Fuschia Sea” and the stripped-down “Alienated” where Zayn hits impressively high notes with ease.

Make sure to keep an eye out for the dreamy lead single “Stardust” as well. The tune has a certain magical quality that’s impossible to pin down. It’s a must-listen.
